• All rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day and include the VAT, and do not include the local tax.
• Local tax of EUR 2.- is charged per person per day for all guests as from the age of 16.
• Final cleaning charge of EUR 80.- per apartment is charged separately.
• For all stays 3 days or shorter, we additionally charge EUR 10.- per apartment per day.
• We shall reserve the right to price changes and errors.

Important booking information:

Check-in and check-out: Our apartments are ready from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is until 10 am on the day of your departure.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Cancellations:

To ensure you can still plan & book a holiday here with us during 2021, for your peace of mind, we are omitting any cancellation fees up until 2 weeks before arrival.

The apartment must be undamaged, clean, and checked when the key is handed over. We ask all our guests to please report any damage to the apartment as soon as it is noticed, otherwise the occupants are liable. The apartment must be left in an orderly fashion, the dishes have to be cleaned and cleared away, all rubbish emptied, and the fridge and oven left clean.
