• Check-in and check-out: Our apartments are ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is until 10 am on the day of your departure.
• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• Cancellations: To ensure you can still plan & book a holiday here with us. We are omitting any cancellation fees up until 2 weeks before arrival.
• The apartment must be undamaged, clean, and checked when the key is handed over.
• We ask all our guests to please report any damage to the apartment as soon as it is noticed, otherwise the occupants are liable.
• The apartment must be left in an orderly fashion, the dishes have to be cleaned and cleared away, all rubbish emptied, and the fridge and oven left clean.
